SpeaktoFinance is one of three apps in the Speakto Suite, built by Reuben Scott in Nelson, New Zealand.

Sole traders, freelancers, and small business owners lose hours every week to financial admin: data entry, receipt-chasing, mileage logs, end-of-quarter reconciliation. The information is already in your head. Voicing it should be enough.

SpeaktoFinance is built on one strict rule: it never moves your money. It never connects to your bank. It only handles paperwork. Speak an expense, log a receipt, dictate a tax memo. AI extracts the dates, amounts, vendors, and categories, and your accountant gets clean, exportable records.

It is part of a larger thesis: SpeaktoNotes for capture, SpeaktoClients for client comms, and SpeaktoFinance for the books. Three apps, one shared backend, your voice flowing through every part of the work.
